Office Assistants & Conversation Group Leaders
Meet the Team!
The following student workers support ALI’s front office operations as well as run ALI Conversation Groups. Click on each person to learn more about them:
Frank
Frank is a senior at USC, majoring in Narrative Studies. Frank is from Nashville, Tennessee. He’s a big fan of the outdoors, and enjoys hiking, as well as exploring nature trails. In his free time, he volunteers at Trojan Shelter, which is an organization to help disadvantaged college students, and assists in making short films with his friends. He also likes creative writing, particularly screenplays and short stories. Frank’s favorite part of USC is the community. The many ways in which USC helps its students to get involved in uplifting each others’ experiences allows for so many opportunities to connect with new people. He’s met many amazing friends during his time here, and hopes to provide a safe and supportive experience for all students and faculty alike.
Harrison
Harrison, class of 27′, is a Political Economy major with a Business Finance minor. Harrison was born and raised in New York City so he is excited to explore LA and the west coast. He is eager to see California’s National Parks and travel the state. He loves all types of movies and tv, Spike Lee’s “Do the Right Thing” being his favorite movie and “The Sopranos” as his favorite TV series. Harrison also loves to cook as well as eat. Being of west Indian descent he likes curries and pepper sauces, and being from New York he loves pizza and bagels. In his free time Harrison likes to run as well as play soccer and baseball. Harrison’s favorite part of USC is the ability to meet people from all over the world and people who have so many diverse talents and interests.
Sara
Sara is a junior studying Accounting, B.S. at USC, and will earn the title of the first in her family to graduate from college. Raised in a Salvadoran family and brought up in LA, Sara has been saturated with a variety of cultures, knowledge, and global perspectives all her life. Some extracurriculars she is a member of are the USC Marching Band (oh yay!), the InterVarsity Trojan Christian Fellowship, and serves her LA community as Governing Chair in the Norman Topping Student Aid Fund. In her free time, she enjoys teaching middle schoolers at Sunday school, spending time with her furry family (she has 3 cats and 1 dog), fellowship, and cooking. Some of her favorite interests are film, books, food, travel, and so much more as she is a naturally curious person!
Sindhu
Sindhu, class of 2026, is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy. Born and raised in a suburb of Chicago, she is really excited to explore the diverse cultures, perspectives, and opportunities in Los Angeles. At school, Sindhu hopes to learn from the many students, organizations, and faculty members who dedicate their time to social impact and shaping policy in their community for the better. Sindhu’s older brother is a USC alumnus, contributing to her deep love for the campus and the supportive community, as well as a desire to explore the West Coast. She hopes to join student organizations and clubs that align with her passion for music, debate, literature, and community service. In her free time, she enjoys hammocking, trying new foods, road-tripping, playing volleyball, and hanging out with her friends!
